Box storage usage is wrong

Hello, 

 

I have a current usage of 1.1Gb out 5Gb Gb but my files are empty i cannot see what it is stored in my box. Can you please run the script to fix this ?

    Welcome to Box Community!

    I have run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
