All of a sudden my box drive stopped and the file I have been working for three months has been crashed. The version of the file (history) got all lost. Please help me asap.

We can only guarantee content recovery for the files/folders that disappered from the Box website. If you haven't uploaded your missing files/folders to box.com yet I'm afraid we won't be able to recover them.
Moving forward, please make sure your Box Drive application is up to date for feature enhancements and bug fixes.
