I created a pdf fillable form and connected it to Box Sign. The signature flow works but the PDF form does not display the fields to populate. Is this a limitation of Box Sign?

Hello, I also have PDF forms with fillable fields. When the document is in a HUB it does not open automatically with the fields to fill. It needs to be re-opened on my desktop, it’s an extra step that I do not like. How can I fix this? I have already made Adobe Acrobat my default.
