I enabled the Box Sign feature in the Admin console for a hand full of testers today, myself included. I am able to create a new signing request by uploading a document, but can not from existing Box content? If I browse the entire folder structure is grayed out and un-selectable. If I navigate to a file and try to start from there Box Sign icon is greyed out and if I hover over it I get "This action is unavailable due to a security policy"

Was there a resolution to this found?  We are also experiencing this error.  We have opened a support case as well.

I guess it has to do with our shared link settings. Support says "Shared Link settings must be set to "People with this link" in order to allow BoxSign to work.". That doesn't really explain why it works if I upload a file to start the Sign process though.

Update: I was able to initiate a signing request, add an external recipient, and they were able to sign successfully. This would seem to contradict the aforementioned shared link setting limitation. I have asked support for their input.

We are having a similar problem.  Existing files cannot be signed. Our settings are set to "People with this link"

Has a fix been identified?

We're running into this issue as well. Is there more information on how to resolve this problem?
