I updated a Box Sign template earlier today and when I saved it, it disappeared from my list of templates. I then deleted one single template and now I'm showing no templates at all, even though I can still see the template files in their home folder and they show as templates, but do not appear in my Box Sign templates to actually build signature requests.

This just happened to me as well. Additionally, it will say page 1 of 3 on the templates and if I change pages the templates disappear, even if there were some on page 1
Any updates on this issue? We've been experiencing this for over a few months as well and no updates from the engineering team
Just happened to me when I replaced the document with a new version. Saved successfully but now is not in my template list. This "bug" needs to be resolved.
Just happened to me as well. Why is no one from Box responding to this thread? I did the exact same thing. Replaced the document with new version adjusted fields and saved template. Now it is gone in my template list.
