I have created a template with 4 people to action something within in (read or sign).
When I have sent the template I’ve noticed that I’m getting multiple files saved in the save location. Most blank copies of the template. One a signing log and one the completed template.
I obviously don’t want multiple blank copies of the template nor really the signing log. I just want the completed template.
Is there a way to stop this?
