Box Sign Permissions

Question

We have folder structure where all users on our team our "editors" and we have two local admins as Owner / Co Owner.

When trying to use box sign the editors of the folders can't open a PDF and click the box sign icon to start a signature file. In some situations, even on folders they own, the Owner/Co-Owner can't select the box sign option once they are in a file.

Any tips/Suggestions?

We've already enabled box sign for all users, and we've tried making users co-owners of folders but it seems inconsistent on the outcome.
