Box Sign - No Email sent to a Box user when a new signature is requested

Hi- When i send out a request for signatures, there is no initial notification email that goes out to any of our in-house Box users indicating that they have a signature request pending.  It does show when you go into Box Sign though. How can i set-up an email to go out, much like the ones that go to recipients outside of our company? I tested with a personal email account and it sends one automatically. Thx!

This started for me today.  Box Sign no longer seems to be functioning - I've tried several test cases and no e-mail requests are being sent.
