For our organization, a 501c3, we have many documents of the same type needing to be signed by many applicants that come into our system. We need people to sign documents before we can consider some for some of our programs.
Is there a way to create a static document that can be signed 1,000+ times, and each time it is signed it just saves a version to another folder?
Such as a model release, time we attended an event, we're going to need to get people's releases and sometimes it gets tedious to try to get 50 to 60 people to sign media releases. It would be so much easier if we could just send them a single link and then as people sign it saves that different version into another folder as a signed saved document.
Hopefully, I am making sense with my request. I have requested such functionality from places like Adobe and DocuSign and no one seems to really understand what I'm asking for.
