BoX Sign legally binding in Europe ?

Hello,

as we enable BoX Sign in our company, we wonder if the signature is legally binding in Europe.

We are looking for typical use case (contracts with third party, employee work contract)

Does BoX provide any certificate (EIDAS, ANSSI or other) ?

    I submitted a support ticket with pretty much the same question and was also told to reach out to my account executive.

    For anyone else with this question, here's what my account executive responded:

    The short answer is yes, Box Sign is compliant with eIDAS Regulations.
    We have a Box Sign EU Legislation Knowledge Paper that I can share with you.
