I have Box Sign integrated with our Salesforce org. I have set up a Box Sign button on opportunities that should allow users to select from a couple of templates and then send the documents for signature to contacts linked on the opportunity.
As an admin, when I run through the process, it works as expected. But when non-admin users try to send the Box Sign a couple issues occur -
- A BoxSign record is never created when they do it. This is crucial for the automations I have built off of the BoxSign record to update Salesforce
- When they click "Preview and Send" on the Box Sign screen they either get a green toast message saying the Box Sign is queued successfully and then nothing ever happens OR it attempts to load the preview page and then an invalid link error throws (see below)
There seem to be some permission issues going on, but I cannot figure out what they are missing.
