I want to migrate SharePoint data using Box Shuttle, but when I click the + button in the source folder's document folder, the subfolders under the document folder are not displayed. How can I display the subfolders?

When migrating SharePoint Online data with Box Shuttle, to display and select subfolders under a source folder (such as the Documents folder), you should use the folder explorer icon that appears when you hover over or click the folder row. This folder explorer allows you to browse through your account hierarchy and add or exclude specific files or folders, including subfolders. If the subfolders are not displaying, ensure that:
- You have proper authentication and permissions set up for the SharePoint Online source system, including Global Admin access if it is the first time connecting.
- The SharePoint site URL and credentials are correctly configured in Box Shuttle.
- Use the folder explorer icon next to the folder name to expand and view subfolder contents.
- If subfolders still do not appear, try using the search icon to locate specific subfolders or check filters that might be hiding items.
