Box Showing Incorrect Storage

Issue with Box not showing correct storage space even though files have been deleted and Trash has been purged.

I'm having this problem as well, and am increasingly frustrated that there's no way to open a ticket with support directly, and instead we're supposed to post here on a forum? Very annoying.
