I am not able to get the web search in box.com to find any content within the files.
I am evaluating box for an enterprise contract. I am on the free account. These are simple word and pdf files. There are only about 10 files. I have also read through similar reports in this forum, but none of them provide an answer.
Is this feature not available on the free account maybe?

File content search is only available to account from Business level and above and not for those on the Personal plans.
- File Content Searching: The content within your files is also stored within the Box search index. - Indexed Text per Document: The Box search index stores up to 10,000 bytes (~10,000 characters in English) per document for accounts from Business level and above. This amount can vary from document to document because of language, Box’s indexing method, and document type.
