Box says that my storage is full

Hi, I have absolutely nothing in my storage and I guess I have it full. Help me please

Same problem I have been facing since I purchased a business plan a week ago.
I am planning to migrate to Dropbox.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
