It says that my box is nearly full and I have 9.4 GB of 10 GB used. When I go into the folders, I am counting only around 4.2 GB being used. Please run the script to fix this.

I have run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
