Box says 3 of 5 seats used

Box says 3 of 5 seats used, buy more seats.  But under the list of people in managed users there is only me!  

 I would like to add one of MY employees to cover the 3 seats I just bought.

      Welcome to Box Community, and we’d love to discuss your seat/license usage!

       

      Even if there is only one user, invited external collaborators count against your seat total in Starter plans, which may explain why more seats are used than just the single user.

       

      You can go to the Users and Groups screen in the admin console to take a look at your managed users and your external users.
