We are attempting to setup SSO in our BOX sandbox environment similar to our production environment. Although we have taken the exact same steps to setup SSO with our identity provider (okta), we are receiving an error in regards to our metadat.xml file with a link to "contact Box User Services." Please let us know what we may perform differently to properly setup SSO in our sandbox environment.
