Box/Salesforce error

Hello im getting “folder for the request cannot be created found please check configuration”  box service account is authorized.  any assistance would be helpful

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to address this error on Box for Salesforce. 

 

Do you mind checking if you have correctly reauthorized the Box service account? 

It may be that the integration has lost the association between your Salesforce and Box users. Reauthorizing your Box user in the integrations setting may address this behavior.

 

Please click the nine-dot menu and search for "Box Settings". Next to the "Log In as a Box User" setting please click "Connect." On the "Log In as a Box User" page, please click "Reauthorize" or "Connect" if no user is currently configured.
