Box Reporting 9.4 GB of 10.0 GB used When empty

My box reports 9.4 GB of 10.0 GB used even after deleting almost all files and folders along with emptying the trash.

Please reset. Thanks

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
