I am trying to use Relay to move different files to different folders simultaneously by using the multi-file support for manual start workflows, allowing us to select multiple items and route them together or individually within the workflow to various folders in Box. Has anyone tried this use case with Box Relay? Can someone at Box let me know? would love to schedule a call to review our use case in detail. Many thanks!

If your goal is to route files to different folders, you would currently need to initiate separate workflow instances for each destination. Alternatively, you might explore using File Metadata triggers to drive conditional routing, though Relay generally applies outcomes to the entire trigger event.
Note: You cannot select multiple items and route them to different folders simultaneously within a single manual start workflow in Box Relay.
