Box Relay Question

I created a simple relay that kicks off an approval if a file is saved in a folder (Unapproved folder) and the moves the file to an approved folder upon approval. I dragged 4 files into the unapproved folder and it appears that they are processed sequentially, only after 1 file is approved does the next file start the relay workflow. I had 4 in the unapproved folder got 1 email, approved it and and now 3 files in my unapproved folder, and I then got the 2nd approval email etc....
Similarly if I look at the status in the tracking of the work flow I only see 1 file in process however I need to have all 3 files being sent for approval simultaneously for this to be actually useful. Has anyone encountered this and did I miss a setting to have it 'trigger' multiple files at the same time?
