Box Quota issue

Hi there,

My Account ID is: 

[personal information--redacted]

Storage Used shows that My space is 10.9 GB of 10.0 GB
Whereas the actual stored files size is not exceeding 6.0 GB
I've removed a bulk of files to free some quota but unfurtunately it still showing a the same wrong quota.
Would anyone help me to resolve this issue?

    I have the same problem. 

    Storage Used

    10.0 GB of 10.0 GB

    But my real storage size is max 490 MB. Trash is empty.

    Can anyone help me?

    I too am having the same problem. Something is taking up 3GB of storage yet my storage is completely empty. Temporary access to my account granted.

    Same here: 1.8 GB are mysteriously taken by something.
