Recently I got a new computer and started using Box Sync on it and an older device but suddenly starting yesterday Box Sync can no longer sync any file, and will spit out the Quota Exceeded error even if the file size is far below the threshold and my total memory for my Box account is now at 3 GB (even though online it still says 10.4 GB) I noticed a few other folks have had the same issue upon using a new device with their account.
Anyway you can help me out? Thanks!
