BOX problem mobile application

Hi
I changed my phone to Samsung S20,
I downloaded the BOX application to my phone
and wants to log in
I have 2-step verification set:
enters the phone number - SMS comes with the code
then enters the code from the SMS
and the app doesn't go any further.

When I log into my account using a browser, everything is OK

Can I ask for help to log in to the BOX application on the phone?
