Dear Box-team, 

I was working with a company as an external collaborator and at the beginning of our partnership they used Box as Cloud service provider but migrated a coulpe of weeks ago. The problem is, that no one told me and as I wanted to access my data today, all my folder were removed and my account was turned into a standard-Box account. Can you help me this matter?

Seems that there was no recent changes made in your Box subscription. Also, I can only see collaborated folders in your Box account. 
 
At this rate, you may reach out to the folder owner(s) as your collaboration access may have ended.
