hi, we are supposed to receive the notifications from box in our shared mailbox [personal information--redacted] as we were receiving prior to 28th Oct 2022 when any new work sheets are uploaded on box in below folders- R&M North London Ops and Sopra Steria - Safe Dig Packs. But we are not receiving it for R&M North London Ops and Safe Dig Packs - TML.

End users in Box can set email notifications by manually adjusting this on their Account settings. Furthermore, users collaborating in a folder can configure and set their own specific Folder level email notifications (if allowed by the folder owner).
If you are a collaborator in this folder, but is not receiving notification for new uploads by others, can you check the Email notification settings of this folder to see if uploads notification is enabled.
