Box Notes not exporting to PDF correctly

Recently, I haven’t been able to export Box Notes to PDF properly. Even though the content should span multiple pages, the exported PDF looks as if it only has one page, and it also shows a strange blank margin on the right side. What should I do to fix this?

If you're having trouble exporting Box Notes to PDF, with the content appearing on a single page and a strange right-side margin, it's likely a formatting issue rather than a new bug. The simplest solution is to use your web browser's built-in "Print to PDF" function. Just open the Box Note, go to File > Print, and select "Save as PDF" from the printer options. This method gives you peryourhealth more control over the layout, margins, and page breaks, which should resolve the problem. If this doesn't work, you can also try copying and pasting the content into a dedicated word processor and then exporting the PDF from there.

I’d like to share an update since others might be experiencing the same issue.
I was informed by a Box Support Agent that this has been confirmed as a bug, and the engineering team is currently working on a fix.

I was also advised to try using the browser’s “Print to PDF” function, but this resulted in the same buggy output. In addition, the Box Help page states that the browser “Print” function is not recommended:

For now, I’ve decided to wait for the official fix.
