I created a shareable link for box note however it is not working now. I am the owner of the box note and it is not working for me as well. What could be the reason

    Can you specify what do you mean by not working for you as well, is it in a authorized session/ new window? what is the permission on the shared link?

    A link was shared with me and my colleagues, however, it is not opening, even after I created an account with you all. Please assist
