Hello!

My Box Drive on my Mac stopped working a few days ago. The files were not syncing and I kept getting the error message (attached). I don't know what this means or how to fix it. Would you be able to help me with this? Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear about the error you encounter with Box Drive. It sounds like your Box Drive crashed, and to resolve this, can you manually reset your Box Drive following the steps provided in this article:
