box not updating and cant update software

So frustrating -cant synch, cant uninstall and reinstall, cant use explore and only have to use web browser (which is fustrating)

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re here to ensure that you get to install Box Drive to sync your Box files! 

 

Before you install Box Drive remember that there are prerequisites: 

Recommended minimum system specifications:

  • 1.6GHz dual core processor
  • 4GB of RAM

Note
If your machine does not meet the recommended system specifications listed above, you may still be able to install and run Box Drive. However, you may encounter a degraded experience.

 

If you are looking to locally access your Box files and folders, make sure you install Box Drive and here’s where to install Box Drive’s latest version.

Hi Rona

 

I have been using Box for nearly 5 years now.

 

It has recently been giving issues and i tried to uninstall and re-install the Box App and it doesnt even want to do that and seems that there is no fix and Box does not have a proper support where you can  speak to someone

It is so frustrating im thinking of ditching the product.
