This is useless. I have been having this issue for months. If we need to create a support case then have a link where we can do so!!!!
I get this message repeatedly:
Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue.
"Here" only takes me to a forum where others are having the SAME issue
