Never had this problem before. Have restarted, have ensured the Box Sync app is on, what else can I try?

I keep having this problem as well. The syncing stops without an apparent reason. Sometimes it's resolved by shutting down my Mac but often it's not and I have to search for resolutions. How can I stop this from happening over and over again?
