Box not syncing/insufficient permissions

A few days ago, I started to get pop ups for my box not having "insufficient permissions" which was never an issue before. I've also noticed that when I upload items into the box, my colleagues are not seeing these documents anymore so it doesnt seem like my box is syncing/connected to the others.
