I can't see box in my sidebar (OS X) and I can't gain access to the folder that I need. I have permissions and access through the web browser, so that is confusing.

I'm finding this whole format for contacting support frustrating and prohibitive, I would like a representative to assist me personally. Looking at previous posts on the forum hasn't been helpful. Some links to apple's website have expired.

Hi there,

Welcome to the Box Product Support.

For me to check, may I please know what Box app are you using? Is Box Drive or Box Sync? Is it properly installed in your machine? If not, please check this article:

For Box Drive:

For Box Sync:

Also, please provide a screenshot for me to check.

For the support, we can only provide assistance through this forum for your type of account.

Thanks!

So I've downloaded the Box Drive M1 Beta due to my using a new macbook air, and none of the prompts showed up. It hasn't asked me to log in or anything, but it seems like it still has my information when I try to search for files using the top bar button. I had a version on my laptop months ago but I deleted it because it wasn't allowing me to access my work's files.

I've tried reading that page over several times and I haven't been able to get anywhere close to being asked about rosetta etc.

I basically have it installed but it's not showing in my sidebar and I can't access the main folder of work files that I need to.

Thank you
