I have the same issue others have had, in that box doesn't connect and message says 'no longer running' - however, I cannot uninstall box as I cannot quit the application. Help!

I'm sorry you're facing this issue! Have you tried force quitting the Box application through Task Manager (on Windows) or Activity Monitor (on Mac)?
