Box needs to be added to "Add a Place" in Office every time I restart

I have to "Add a Place" within Office for Box every time I restart my computer (see link to Box Support site below with instructions).

Note my organisation doesn't allow SSO and I'm signing in using a username, password and 2FA.

Is this standard behaviour? It's frustrating to have to add Box as a place at least every day.
