A lot of our users on Box mobile for ipads are running into an issue with preview where it says there is not enough memory to display the file. 

This is happening to brand new 11th gen ipads on the latest OS on files less than 30 mb. 

Any idea what is going on?

iPad preview applies only to documents represented in Box as a PDF. However, we are adding similar support for previewing Box Notes and images in a future version. You can refer to the article Previewing Box Files on your iPad for more information.


If you are previewing a supported file type and encountering this issue, please ensure that your Box app is updated. You can download the latest version from the App Store.
