Box MCP: get_download_url not found on Individual account in ChatGPT/Codex

Hello Box Community,

I use a Box Individual account connected through the Box integration in ChatGPT/Codex. I am trying to download an existing Excel workbook for analysis, but the raw-file download fails.

Observed results:
- who_am_i successfully authenticated the connected account.
- get_file_details returned the workbook metadata with canDownload: true and canUpload: true.
- Calling get_download_url returned this exact error:

MCP error -32602: Tool get_download_url not found

The same error was reproduced in ChatGPT Work Cloud and in a separate Windows desktop Codex session. This does not establish the cause, but the metadata and authentication calls succeeded while the download tool call failed.

My account is Individual, and I do not have the Admin Console or the Box MCP Server tool controls described in the documentation.

Could Box please clarify:
1. Is raw/binary file downloading through this Box MCP integration supported for Individual accounts?
2. Is get_download_url unavailable for this account type, or should the integration use another supported download tool?
3. If supported, how can an Individual user access it without enterprise admin controls?
4. Is uploading a revised binary file as a new version also supported? I have not tested that operation yet.

Please route this to the Box MCP/integration team if appropriate. Thank you.
