Box - Local server

Box Desktop apps such as Box Drive and Box Sync do not support shared drives (drives accessible to multiple users across multiple machines) or network drives and have been listed among the known limitations when using these apps.

With that being said, if your users would like to access their Box files on their computer, they would need to install Box Sync or Box Drive per device and login with their respective Box credentials then use Box's "Collaboration" feature to share contents with their colleagues.
