As a business critical enterprise platform fast support is sometimes needed. Being able to speak with a live person is everything. Online chat with the first support tier, or submitting a ticket that goes into the ether... neither of these give us admins a warm & fuzzy. Even Paypal, that nefarious platform, offers a callback experience. Amazon does, EBay does... Microsoft... countless others. Box is a large investment and should step up to provide more direct support options for enterprise customers.

can not access box from finder on Macbook Pro MacOS Monterey. ALSO box not able to update 21 items. sent log to box.
I’m a new paid user and I have to say that Box support is terrible. I can’t find the chat function they say is available to paid users (yes, I’m logged in) or even a support email address. The phone support direct you to to the support page! IF, I can find a way to cancel my account and request a refund I’ll do it today. Goodbye Box!
