Box links are correct but pdf links are not opening...

I am having an issue with Box.com. When I open a PDF file from a main folder and try to paste its link in another tab in Chrome, it doesn’t work. It doesn’t open in other browsers either. The link works the first time when opened from the main folder, but after that, I get a 'file not found' error when copying and pasting the link. It seems like the link only works the first time from the main folder and needs to be opened from there each time. I am not the folder's admin—could this be a setting issue, or is there another problem? The links are exactly correct.

How can i solve the problem?
