Box is telling me to uninstall it but my folders are not synced and will not do it

Not all my folders are synching....I'm not sure I have the right version installed, and I no longer have the "sync icon" on my desk top, just the BOX folder.  I would like to set up a time to have someone trouble shoot this with me live.
