Hi, My Box is full even though i deleted and emptied trash. Can you help to fix this issue?
I have the same problem. How can such a problem exist for such a long time and there is no simple user trigger for the fix.
Free users can't request support for this, terrible support actually, as a free user I would never pay having seen this simple issues with possible solutions to unresolved for the masses for years now.
I would then question, if support is bad, how safe is our data. Better avoid sensitive content on unencrypted cloud storage
