Hello, I think I have encountered this problem as well:

(Although I didn't upload folders with many subfolders recently, or anything simillarly complicated.)
Anyway, I have deleted all the content, and the indicator still says I have 100 % used space, making me unable to use Box.
Until the issue is fixed, wouldn't it be possible to allow users to at least run the recount script manually?
