Box is full, although there are no files

Hello, I think I have encountered this problem as well:

(Although I didn't upload folders with many subfolders recently, or anything simillarly complicated.)

Anyway, I have deleted all the content, and the indicator still says I have 100 % used space, making me unable to use Box.

Until the issue is fixed, wouldn't it be possible to allow users to at least run the recount script manually?

Thank you. Yes, i am aware why this issue happened, in fact, I linked the very same article in my post. However, there is no other way to do anything about it thant to ask support to run the script manually.
