Box integration issues causing password error

Hi, I signed up for my box account with my google account

I'm trying to access a file that has been shared to me to collaborate with. However because the collaboration requires a password, I'm experiencing an issue

When I try to set-up the password, it says that there's an error "There was a problem changing your password."

Is there any turn-arounds for this? Thank you

Hi, I have exactly the same issue. Can you help me to set up a password in an account that was created using Google? When I try to set a password in https://app.box.com/account I get the "There was a problem changing your password." error as in the screenshot in https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/13826416506131-Can-t-access-a-shared-folder-due-to-weak-password
