First of all, I'm incredibly frustrated with Box.com's service and lack thereof. It'd be great if Box actually had customer service because this has been going on for some time and I have yet to receive any assistance. Honestly, the easier option here would be to cancel my Box account and move business to another provider.
Regardless, I'll try once more.
We've integrated box with our website to provide a file preview and download to customers for a file that's too large to host on our website. Customers are no longer able to access this file or download it, even with a Box account.
I have checked all my account settings at least a dozen times and yet it still does not work. The preview/download was integrated into our website by professionals, so I do not know why (and neither do they) it still does not work. Will someone please reach out to me to help?
