Box icon shows in Windows Explorer but it does not sync

Box has stopped syncing with Windows Explorer. I see the Box icon but clicking it does nothing.

I have tried re-running the app downloaded from the Box.com site, but nothing happens.

Restarting my machine does not address the problem either.
