Box icon in Mac OS menu bar greyed out and non-responsive

On my MacBook Pro the icon in the menubar is greyed out and won't respond when clicking on it. I tried restarting and reinstalling Box.xuf01HXB80QCJ5R75Y516KBNMY2SN.png
