Box hit an unexpected problem

Received this Popup.

"Unfortunately you will have to manually upgrade to the newer release once this issue i resolved. Please report this issue to the Box User Services Team."

Could not find Box Users Services Team. 

What do I do -uninstall & re-install.

Why can I not access the box folders that were also saved on the PC? There is no Box folder anywhere.

For me to check, may I please have a screenshot of what it looks like on your end? Could you please confirm if Box Drive or Box Sync is currently installed in your machine?

Any progress?

All the folders that were synchronised between PC & Cloud no longer exist on PC!

i have the same issue - i made a ticket - but don’t know when it will be solved?
